Having Problems with your Performance Capo?
We are aware that some of the early production G7th Performance Capos have developed a fault which makes them unusable. (The capos affected were manufactured between April & June 2004. We have had no failures on any capos manufactured after this date). Rest assured that if you have one of these capos all is not lost - we are happy to replace any faulty capo without quibble anywhere in the world.
All we ask is that you write down when and where you purchased it, and return it to us at the following address, so we can pass it on to our engineers:
