We're excited to be partnering with The Make Yourself Foundation in creating some exclusive custom engraved Performance 2 capos to raise money for the foundation.
The Make Yourself Foundation (MYF) was started in 2003 by the California based alt-rock band Incubus and serves as a vehicle for its members to support causes they care about. With the help of Incubus fans around the world, they raise money and awareness for nonprofits of various categories, and create opportunities to give back to their audience for giving back to the world. Together, they've promoted sustainability, responded to natural disasters, and supported documentaries by leveraging Incubus VIP experiences, merchandise, memorabilia and more. Since inception, MYF has raised more than $2,000,000 and awarded grant funding to over 60 nonprofit organizations.
Engraved on the rear of the capo with the MYF logo, designed by Incubus band members, these limited edition guitar capos are available in Silver, Satin Black and 18kt Gold Plated. They also will have custom text on the top bar, chosen by the customer upon purchase. All proceeds go to MYF.
